Due to the nature of vitamins and dietary supplements, returns are not accepted unless there is a valid reason related to product quality or specifications.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return, refund, or replacement only if:
The product has a manufacturing defect, or
The product does not match the stated specifications.
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Once your request is received, our team will review the case and confirm whether it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will then proceed accordingly.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Proof of purchase
Clear description of the issue

If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) along with instructions on how to return the product.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either:
Issue a refund, or
Send a replacement product.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund processing time: 7–15 business days after approval.
If approved for replacement, the new product will be dispatched within 10 working days.
